The St. Mary’s Project is comprised of seven buildings totaling 68,000 sf and yielding 252 beds. Six of the buildings are two story wood framed apartment or suite type housing units with brick veneer and 12:12 pitched slate roofs. The buildings are sited to form two ‘U’ shaped clusters that create collegiate courtyards. The two clusters are adjacent to one another but oriented at different angles that relate to other landmarks on the campus. The seventh building is a one story Commons Building that incorporates an open-beam recreational room, kitchen, and offices.
