Yale
is rapidly expanding and developing its bio-medical research facilities. To
accommodate the growing need for clinical medical space and offices we have
been hired to design a building for the Yale University Medical School.
The newly created Amistad Street and the reconfiguration of the existing site
encourages future development opportunities for the growing University medical
community. The program includes a new Medical School building of 125,000 sf
on 5 levels and a six-story parking structure for 1000 cars. This garage will
provide needed parking for Yale employees working in this area of the city.
Construction starts in 2001 with full occupancy in 2007.
