HSNP takes great pride in the firm's contribution the planning and design of interiors. We take very seriously the integration of design and function. Our interior design philosophy is in concert with our overall design philosophy, which attempts to provide a benevolent work environment that enhances collegiality and the sharing of ideas. We recognize that appropriate lighting and sound levels, finishes and furniture selections, and programming all contribute to the making of a better place for work.

Our approach is based on an inclusive, participatory process. We design a process that is based on the client community's culture, its organizations, values and traditions, joining our team with your team to create a process that reflects the character of a client's corporation. We work collaboratively with the client to build the consensus that will establish the direction of the project. This process includes brainstorming workshops and meetings to elicit information or feedback about specific use areas within the building, and project reviews for comment and approval at milestone stages. Our designs are site-specific, and seek to respond to the unique character and opportunities of the existing context.
